Lost $200 package

FedEx claimed pkg was delievered; left at my front dr. I never received the pkg at my gate. Adidas placed full responsibility on FedEx with no care to further assist me without dealing with the carrier 1st. FedEx failed to locate my pkg and considered the pkg lost. I even filed a police report. No refund or replacement of $200 pkg from either Adidas or FedEx! Neither companies holding themselves accountable! User's recommendation: Dont expect great customer service from from Adidas if pkg is lost or stolen and FedEx is known for stealing shoe pkgs.
