Loss of Edit facitiilies in the MyHeritage online program.

I'm in Australia and was connected with a MyHeritage Support Team member in Ireland. We spent 15-20 minutes discussing the problem and investigating a solution, as we were unable to find a fix it was to be passed on to the IT team for further work. Within about 6 days I was able to again edit details on my MyHeritage site. Given I suspect it was a programming issue this seemed to be a reasonable response time. User's recommendation: Have patience and work with the MyHeritage Support Team members.
