Losing charge

I have been unable to charge the device after a few days. I have had to replace the device 3 times. Each new device has had the same issue. I bought it at a new location after customer service. I was told it was a bad batch at the one location but it happened again. Was told I will receive coupons but I have not and it has been 2 weeks. User's recommendation: Dont buy this device!!!
