I purchased a four camera system less than two years ago for the express purpose of reviewing activity where they are installed remotely - meaning while I am away from the premises. Just last month Lorex announced that they would no longer support the Lorex Secure app and forced me to try the Lorex Cirrus and Lorex EcoStratus app...neither works. I spent more than eight (8) hours on the phone with technical service, sales and customer service personnel who are all polite and sound cooperative and attempt to be helpful however there is a dark side to this company. They KNOW that the ECO series equipment cannot work with the new app and all customers who faithfully invested now have worthless equipment. This is a travesty on so many levels as Lorex was once touted as a premier manufacturer with leading edge systems...no longer. I have exhausted my patience and feel betrayed by this company. DO NOT BUY any Lorex equipment or you too could be left in the cold and out hundreds of dollars. Such a pity.
