Loose top on my ceramic mug

Good morning, my children purchased a beautiful travel mug for me for Christmas. The handled travel mug has a cardinal on the front since I lost both my parents this past year. I love the mug but the top does not stay on properly. It feels like the rubber lining is too loose for the mug. Is there any way that I can get a new top for this. The inside lining of the mug is aluminum and the outside of the mug is ceramic. Thank you for your help.
