Looking for resolution

1

Bought suburban for 4663. Broke down 72 hours and 1000 miles from home. Fixed oil gasket leak and mechanic notified us that we had 5 engine sensors needing replaced, Oil gasket t seal. and a safety issue where the dashboard lights intermittently turn off. We fixed it 780. Spent 4 days in hotel waiting on repairs. Spoke with Josn and that I would call when I got back into town. Vehicle needs to go in shop ASAP. We took to repair shop Monday 7-27-20. Repair shop estimate is 3200! Spoke with Josh daily trying time come to a resolution. On 7-29-20 Thursday, He offered 250 then 780. I ask fo 1500.. Josh said Ya I bet you do I ask him to talk to owners that I believe 1500 is fair. He called back late Thursday 7-30-20 and said owner wants buy vehicle back. We had authorized repairs to be started on Wednesday afternoon. We will have 4000 invested in this vehicle now. I said its being repaired Josh you know that. You would have to buy vehicle back for our full investment. 8664.He said ok so you refuse and hung up. After picking up Suburban on Friday I drove to Allstar to show Josh our receipts and request financial compensation. H asked me to come in and did not recognize me. I sat down and placed my folder on his desk, when I started my first sentence he said NO we are going to help you. He stood up and said its time for me to leave. That action has forced us to File formal complaint with Better Business Bureau ( 3 complaints 1 unresolved), Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Department of Highway safety and motor vehicles. I attempted to call owners Clay and Alison Mather on the number listed with Florida LLC. She said How did you get my number? Call the lot that she is not who I need. I ask her to let the owners know that I would like to talk with them concerning my vehicle purchase. She hung up. Going through the small amount of vehicle paperwork to see what is listed on their initial inspection, I have discovered that we were not given all of the state mandated copies of paperwork. I am working on a complaint letter then I will have 30 days to decide what route we will take. I have added pictures of repair bills and the reply to my review on google. Disappointed and furious at the same time. BEWARE User's recommendation: Have a mechanic inspect your n lift before you purchase.
