The whole process of dealing with Menards was totally useless. I purchased an upright freezer in December online. It now needs service and is on warranty but I need a copy of the receipt. The credit card I used at the time was exchanged for a new one for security reasons. Therefore I cannot look up the receiptOn the Menards system. no one seems to be able to help. User's recommendation: avoid Menard’s.
