We had a safety deposit box with Compass Bank. Our account was closed and we don't know where our items are located. Bank closed the account, without giving written notification. They usually charged my account if my husband did not pay the bill. Not sure what happened! I have tried to contact the Unclaimed Property, in the State of Texas. They say I need an identification number to make a valid search. I don't have a number. What do I do? I would appreciate any help you can give me to resolve this issue.
