Update by user Jun 13, 2021 Absolutely nothing has been resolved... I'm highly upset with Papa John's and their service Original review posted by user May 14, 2021 I am highly upset... Late for work. Ordered pizza at 7.24p pick up for 35 mins. Tried to get refund so I could make it to work on time and they wouldn't refund or credit me so I had to wait making me late. Didn't receive order until 8.34p. claim they where short staffed but had 5 people behind the counter dancing and playing User's recommendation: Go to another location. This one sucks.
