Ordered jacket on Monday 3/15. Received email on 3/16 stating that the "Order was Shipped". I tracked the order a few days later and the shipping label had been created on 3/16, but as of 3/23, nothing has been shipped. I'm on the phone trying to see what the problem is. Way too long for an order to arrive. Probable will not order from Eddie Bauer again, unfortunately. User's recommendation: Don't expect an item to arrive within a few days.
