Long wait for delivery
The delivery times ate way too long. I waited last time for 3 weeks to get my small box delivered. Although the courier delivery, which I chose a couple of times, was really odd: both times they delivered my things after 8 pm, they did not specify the time in the message they sent, and therefore, of course, I had to sit at home all day and wait for the courier to turn up.
