Buyer Beware, do not buy this vacuum if you have long hair pets, as it does not do what it is sold as. I just had Shark replace my vacuum with a new one and upon vacuuming for the first time hair wrapped around the roller, fingers, and the rotating brush to the point where it would not pick up anything else. Hair was even clogged in the suction inlet. I have a Golden Retriever and a Newfoundland dogs and every time I vacuum I have to clean the roller, fingers, and rotating brush twice a day.DO NOT BUY TH User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR PETS, IT IS GARBAGE.
