Long experience & still ended up with wrong item
I purchased Ultra-Thin High Waist Shaping Panty - Nude / Small on May 6th 2018, and paid for the 2-7 day shipping. On May 8, i received an email stating it had been shipped & was given a tracking number. The tracking number worked up until day #7 when it became stuck on "Arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item, Houston, TX". I'm north of New Orleans. On May 15th, i emailed asking about the true whereabouts of my product. I got a response quickly but it basically said, here is your exact same tracking number, we'll attempt to figure it out. A few days later & nothing, so i called the customer service number & sat on hold for about 45 minutes before getting pissed & hanging up. About 5-7 days later, i finally receive my package, and ITS THE WRONG SIZE. (A M/L instead of a Small). I email customer service again, which then gets forwarded to the right department supposedly, i get one response saying theyd be glad to assist me, so i responded. Yeah, its now the end of June and absolutely nothing has been resolved.
