If you are planing to buy Asus product, think twice... I sent my son's gaming laptop for repair last month in June 2021. After 15 days, receive email if I would like to use my warranty for repair :(. Finally, they figure it out and created a shipping label to send me back website updated : Your product has been shipped, and you will have your laptop soon. After 5 days when I called Asus I got an answer your product is ready to ship, but we are under staff so sitting with our repair team. style="background-color: style="background-colo When I showed my anger to supervisor he referred me to company terms and conditions. Will never buy this cheap brand ever and use unprofessional services. and you User's recommendation: Stay away from Asus Canada, They are under staff and repair taking forever.
