I ordered an mx500 wired mouse and received it yesterday from Amazon. Being a senior citizen, I find that opening the packaging extremely difficult and sometimes dangerous due to sharp edges. I carefully cut around the mouse trying to avoid the cord at the bottom of the package only to discover that I had cut the cord in two at the top of the mouse. Within 5 minutes of receiving the mouse it went from package received to the the garbage. This is not the fault of Logitech but, may I suggest that the packaging be looked at for better a better experience. Thank You.
