Log in and no membership

I paid for a lifetime membership in NAFC and how it appears that I have NO subscription with scout. I paid, if my memory is correct, in excess of $300 for that membership and now I have no subscription?! They also say there is no refund for memberships but I am wondering if they were supposed to honor those memberships from NAFC. They did allow me to log in but what do I see, but no benefits that I paid for. Am I wrong or did they have a major computer glitch or maybe are they just messing around with their members? Please tell me I am not the only one that is NOT happy with the way the new format is being done.
