my Email Account has been locked for more than a week for trying to change my password, Because i forgot my password .my iphone broke the simply mac store repaired it and we tried to change the password to set the phone up again BUT i was locked out of my account .I made several attempts to call the support line everytime i called they added 48 more hours to my account .my phone is not setup, therefor i cannot active my phone .This has locked my automatic payments, my Job depends on emails and texts .I have made every possible attempt to resolve this issue .apple has also made attempts but i remain locked out of my account. FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN I FORGOT MY PASSWORD AND TRIED TO CHANGE IT . FOR 7 DAYS NOW .yAHOO SUPPORT TOLD ME IF I CALLED OR ATTEMPT TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 48 FOR THE 4th TIME .?????????
