Your online system is the all-time WORST set-up I have ever come across. It will not let me log in (neither my wife's acct. nor mine) and when I click Forgot Password, it MAKES ME LOG IN. Guess what? I can't log in. When I try to create a whole new account, it says "Sorry, that e-address is already used." I am 100% LOCKED OUT from accessing our accounts, fixing a password or just starting over. Don't you guys want my business? I couldn't find any contact info without, wait for it...LOGGING IN. So I finally Googled my way to an 817 Customer Service number only to be bounced over to _______(?)'s voice mail with zero confirmation that this was the Customer Service department. I have shopped at your Dallas/Inwood store approximately 3 times a week for the past 15 years—at least. Now we are in quarantine and need delivery service, or at least pick-up service. YOU ARE FORCING ME TO SHOP AT KROGERS. Is that what you want? I should quit your stores forever. And if you don't CALL ME ASAP, that's what I will do: 214-850-****. User's recommendation: Stay away for TThumb's RIDICULOUSLY INEPT web site.
