I have been locked out of my account for not knowing my old security information such as the phone number and email and question I attempted to contact Microsoft unfortunately you can't talk to a human being and you would redirected to online support unfortunately an online support I was informed that Microsoft associates do not have access to my personal account leaving me with no way to get back in they say I have to create a new account but I have information papers and photographs that are crucially important in my life right now and I need them I can't have them be lost I recommend that you do not User's recommendation: I I recommend to Future customers not to lose access or forget your security information my Outlook account.
