Lock on card for possible fraud

I was out of town with no cash only my sam credit card and they put a freeze on it for possible fraud spent a hour and half trying to unfreeze it. I'm not a technical girl and they wanted me to send a picture is to them transferred many times. I would he told the pe8blem was resolved only to have to start over. Been a member since years and I'm not impressed with their customer Service User's recommendation: Dont depends on them bring cash in case they freeze your account.
