NeWe have talked to no less than 20 people at this company with little to no concern for the customer. They have had an insurance check for nearly 90 days costing us $300 in interest on the credit card use to pay for the repairs to our home so we could move back in. All we get is: That will be 7-10 days. Many times, we find out (after 7-10 days) that the work order that was supposed to be done was never done. Not sure anyone there can be trusted. User's recommendation: Never ever use this company.
