I want to let you know I applied for a loan from your company for $10,000 almost 5 months ago and still havent received it yet. I also in the loan process have paid over $3300 in Amazon gift cards and I have all the receipts. I've dealt with two loan agents, Benjamin and Patricia both wouldnt give me thier last names during this whole loan process. The current situation is, according to this agent Patricia is she was going to send me a cashiers check and ship it to me via Fedex but I had to pay for Fedex to deliver it. Well I was charged $125 plus $50 late fee to a Linda Davis. The package was coming from I believe your loan company in Ohio. Well I paid it and Linda Davis told me she was told not to deliver it by this Patricia. Her reason was i didnt reply to her text message soon enough. I work and dont always have time to reply. So the last message i got was that she was going to tell FEDEX to return my package with the cashiers check. I'm so upset and all i want at this time is to get my money back.
