They dont deserve to be allowed to service any customers! This is the worst company for a home mortgage! If you have any other choice do not waste your time ! We have been working with them since September of 2020 it is now March of 2021 and still they have not set up our closing date we will lose the home we waited so long for! All they do is keep giving you things to do to keep you busy, they keep telling you get this paper work go do this ! We even contacted some of there top people in the company and have gotten no wear ! Please dont do any business with this company!! User's recommendation: Don’t use loan depot.
