Load received but still signal was not restored

Last July 31, 2021 I paid Php450 for the Cignal load for this month although our subscription has not expired yet. This was loaded to cignal acct. 5151****. According to the loader, it was successfully loaded as there was a confirmation received. But as of the moment August 04, 2021 still signal was not restored, I only utilized the free service of cignal TV. As for the loader, she was a refutable loader in our area, so I believed her. She then told me to contact Cignal customer service. And so I did. Hope for a speedy action on this matter. I had similar problem before when I used G-cash. had User's recommendation: for prepaid it would be better to wait for the subscription to expire before loading.
