I am namrata, I work in tcs, last month I got transferred from greater noida to banglore,. And I was looking for a trustworthy packer and mover company, as I have seen many reviews online stating there are certain companies who make fake promises and sometimes you might have to go thru a lot of hassle so I consulted with few of my friends and colleagues, many of them referred to different companies and one of them was om packers and movers, last year one of my friend ritu moved to greater noida using om packers and movers services and she was satified with the same so I called up agarwal packers and movers and om packers and movers, I thought its best to call only 2 companies so that later I dont get confused in choosing I got quotations from both, there was not much of a difference b/w both of their prices infact om packers was more expensive than agarwal but om packers guy said he can take payment after delivery of goods in noida, the person who visited my place from om packers was very professional and confident, and also I called up my colleague to confirm if it is the same om packers and movers she referred to, so it was, I confirmed my order to om packers guys for a dedicated shipment, keeping my fingers crossed, from the packing day everything went fine as promised the packing was very good every thing was properly wrapped and lamination was done to almost all of my goods, I was impressed with the packing part though, the only issue I faced was at the delivery time, my goods reached in 5 days where in I was told 6-8 days, I was not expecting my goods in 5 days and I was not prepared to take the delivery, people from om packers told me it may cost extra if I have to get the goods later, as they say loading unloading and local transportation charges from gurgaon to greater noida will be added as their warehouse is in gurgaon, I agreed for the same I got my goods after 5 days the unpacking was done I found everything was in ok conditions apart from a few scratches, which they said its due to double time loading and unloading. I was charged 4000 rs extra for local transportation and other charges, anyhow I was happy to see all my goods were in good condition and nothing went missing. I think there can be a little more improvement in the service and delivery department. Regards Namrata
