I ordered a pricey set of lights for a new bathroom from LightingbyGregory.com. They were shipped by the manufacturer (Justice Design). When they arrived they were gorgeous, but the vanity light had one of three shades that didn't fit the light. Sent out another wrong shade-called again and they were rude- wanted me to pay return shipping for wrong shades-thought I was cheating them! Acted as if they had no responsibility for this. Would not return due to installation. I told them I installed in good faith that they would send out proper shade. The electrician had to take the fixture down to mount the shades. They informed me that this was NOT TRUE! They said that I would have to PAY for another replacement shade! I would love to know what they thought I wanted with all these shades that don't fit my light! I threatened them with our state A. G.'s office. But still..... NO return, 4 week wait for third shade, rude, condescending staff. Don't ever buy from these people!
