Hi, I have purchased the Lifebook italian 3 days ago and I definitely want to get the refund, yet there is no button as told before. They promised to be able to get back all your money within 15 days with only one click. FALSE!!! It is a misleading policy and a shame on the company. When I click on the: If you want to raise a manual refund request click here. but when I click on the "click here" nothing happens, it brings me again on the personal account to click on the refund button ("ONLY ONE CLICK") - but there is no refund button. I want to get back my money as soon as possible. No one answers to the e-mails, messages... shame, shame, shame. You are misleading the people. Jozefa
