I would like to pay in advance I talk to a Customer Service Rep w/a serious attitude. And told me I better have money in my account. First of all, I would like to pay my Bills online but w/ them they told me that I have to pay the Bill will be taken out. Honestly, I always thought that when you are the Consumer says it will be better off. But not this Company. So now I am not happy with this Compay at all. I would like to Cancel my Policy with them today or tomorrow real soon. you cannot access my account online. it is to many different lies. Yes, this Company is not all that. Really you have lost me as Customer.
