Lies for refinancing

5 months to try a finish a loan. It was one thing after another with a man named Geo.G. You need to have an appraisal for your house and land that was almost $900. We had to pay for that out of our pocket. But on their paper work it states appraisal fee $550. Got that all done and they say they are having trouble finding or getting information on your house title. Had to get an attorney to fix that. Now this is all going on with this Covid 19. Finally get everything done they tell me that I don't have enough house insurance to cover the hole loan. Now the total amount on the loan was $147,334. Now the pay out was only $134,671. The closing cost was for $11,063. They expected my house insurance to cover the closing cost. So I was calling every where to find someone to cover the insurance cost that they wanted. I sent him one insurance companie proposal that for $136000 that was not enough. Then he tells I have to cover the $147,334 for not only house insurance but also for flood insurance. Needless to say I did a lot of crying over the weekend. But I found a insurance company to cover $140,00so I sent this to Geo and he tells me You told me you wanted to withdraw your file. I have all my text messages saved. To get him on the phone is a joke. Never answers called his boss Theresa M. Never heard from her and I called her . What a complete joke. Thank s Cynthia Shoemake.
