After signing the ps these people had 10 days to provide an amendment to the condo docs which they say they had notarized and amended.They constantly avoided myself, my attorney, and my broker and made us believe that we were moving forward on the deal. They claimed they were ill and out of the office and never produced the document or called us back which resulted in attorney fees and my losing another transaction. THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD BAD NEWS.
