Took Mom's truck in to have leak fixed. Guy told me that the tire had previously been fixed 3X and that was the limit. He even went so far as to say that whoever fixed it last did not do a very good job. They were the ones who fixed it one time before, not 3. I went down the street to Big O and they fixed it without any hesitation! Mom said she was going to go to Discount Tires for tires next, but not after this lie! Thanks Big O, you've gained two more customers! User's recommendation: Don't believe them if they are asking for more than what you went in for.
