I purchased a nissan and was going through rough times financially so i called Tidewater to see if i could make lower payment arrangements and they were very rude and made feel like i was a deadbeat which im not so i told them to come get that the car and for a few months no one picked it up so i called them again and asked them to pick it up i cant make the payments and i said to the representative, "Since your company is repossessing the nissan i wont have anymore ties to the nissan financially, am i correct on that, i wont be responsible for payments on the nissan anymore, am i correct on these w questions i nust asked you?" And the reprsmesentative said yes you are cirrect thats why we are repossessing it because you no longer can afford to make the payments. Then approximately a year later i get a notice in the mail that is from Tidewater stating that they filed a nudgement against me and its been ordered by the court that you pay this amount each month and if you do not make this payment we can legally garnish $200 from your wages each time you miss a payment. I feel this is so erong and and unfair. This company is greedy ruthless and the representatives are liars.
