Levi cancelled my order

I order from levi every year for Christmas, however this year was so horrible! I ordered men and boys clothes on two different orders, the first order was fine but the second order was cancelled in their warehouse. I didn't receive a phone call or anything a couple of days goes by and my clothes didn't arrive I called levi and talk to two representatives they had no answers and on the second call I ask to speak to a supervisor and no call back so finally I call on the 10th of December and received help from nicest representative, she reorder my order piece by piece she was very helpful!! User's recommendation: Check your online order every day or you might be in a race for time.
