Joined in December 2021 Went to presentation Did not want 20 years because we are in our 60s, so offered 10 years, sales implied we would still get the all benefits Promised -preferred status -room up grade -VIP status - all resorts - use free week anywhere, not 2 days for 1 at special resorts -booked family vacation August 20-27 at Now Sapphire - not given preferred status - vacation club employees no help and just plain rude -no room upgrade -went to Dreams Jade to meet with unlimited vacation club personnel - spent 1/2 day of our vacation to hear it's not in your contract, no resolution - my husband and I agree that we have been victims of fraudulent sales tactics -Shown and promised perks that we didn't receive
