Very bad customer service Once you are going to refund the money you need to ask for the bank details as the customer might lots the bank card, however the refund took a year now you are going to refund it to the wrong details that you previously had. I really need help but no answer. Im wondering how could I trust you to book another ticket next time. I wont for sure. User's recommendation: Let people contact you via phone.
