Had towed the car to the Body Shop (Mercedes Benz) to do the repairs. Upon checking with the Body Shop, the repairs were still going on. I also received a AGENCIES check for the repairs a couple of days later, and I called the Supervisor of the Claims Department, was told that they had put a stop payment on that check, and mailed it to the Body Shop. Based on that letter, and concerned about transportation, I was able to lease another car, making payments. Now I have two cars, my husband RIP. User's recommendation: Don't trust Insurance Companies.
