Lens on new sunglasses cracked and no response to my phone call

I bought Quay sunglasses at the Dillard Department store and after two months the lens cracked in five places. I took them to Dillards and was informed I would have to contact Quay Australia for replacement - I called Quay and was told they would not replace. I will never buy another Quay product. User's recommendation: Do not buy products from Quay.
