I need to file complaint...for Lonovo Yoga purchased 7/07/2020 at Best Buy , Charlotte, NC. Receipt # 63678** **TC000JUS PRICE 799.99 SERIAL : SPF27LFMC LENOVO top started to come apart, wouldn't close, and pieces on left side of computer were disengaging. Photos attached. Best Buy tech said I had no warranty and cost was $300 to fix would take 4 wks. I had to.purchase new computer after owning Lenovo for 10 months. What can you do for me?
