DO NOT USE -THEY ARE NO GOOD -Lend America - Is a big fraud - they advertise all this FHA lending and do very little to help the consumer. You can't even reach a live person over there. Everyone is away from their desk. I was issued a pre-approval letter and within 30 days after laying out money - they pulled it back and came up with all these excuses as to why they couldn't do the loan - meanwhile I lost my downpayment because of them not being avaialable to answer the calls - also because they are NOT UP FRONT!!!!
