Having Viking Professional refrigerator VCFF036 for 10 years. After first 4 month of use, I noticed that my hardwood floor around this refrigerator went up and found a water leak from the basement ceiling. Called Viking, they sent technician and I was told that dripping pan, under the compressor has crack in it. Viking repaired refrigerator and paid for hardwood floor damages. Now, the same problem appears again. But this time, Viking refused to take care of his lemon product. To get technician to my door, I paid $185 + $126 for replacement plastic pan, and to install it, it requires 2 technicians to come in and flip refrigerator to the floor in order to re-install this pan. Cost - $150 per hour for 2 Techs. Not to mention, that hardwood floor damaged again. I will never buy Viking products again. Viking does not stay behind his products. Just don't care.
