Lemon of a machine and horrible customer service

I spent $1000 on a new washing machine and it broke within three months. It takes about 50 minutes to get through to customer service. After a month I got someone out to look at the machine, but it will be another three weeks before the part comes in. Also Heres the good part A man in his 70s and a six-year-old women are expected to take apart the stackables! I dont have any family in this state and Im not able to do that and they dont care User's recommendation: Find another company.
