We bought a vehicle from here last year in May 2018. We had to put it in the shop in Dec. 2018. We were without it for 7 weeks. The repair shop we took it to, realized it was the engine. He had a good engine, but US Auto Sales wanted him to use their engine, which he did. We got the car back late Jan. 2019 and after two weeks, it completely shut off on my husband and left him stranded in the middle of a busy hwy. Took it to the dealership and it was the transmission. So now, we are without a car for about 3 weeks. We get it back and two weeks later, there is a major engine oil leak. We take it back and it's the engine again. The engine US Auto sent was a bad engine and it has to be replaced again. Now, we are without it for 2 weeks. The repair shop has another good engine, but US Auto insists that they use yet another engine that they have. In this process, we are having to make the payments and pay to use another car. They only would reimburse up to $133 of car rental. That only covers about 3-4 days. So, that would have left us without a car for several weeks. Thankfully, we had neighbors kind enough to loan us their extra car.
