Tank emptied in December. They wouldn't answer the phone or email. I went to their office and the person wouldn't open the door. I had to switch companies asap. They wouldn't pick up old tank either. Now they want to charge me to remove the tank. Won't waive the fee even though they have been horrible. User's recommendation: Avoid. They will leave you cold.
