Big O Tires the staff changes all the time! Whenever you call theyre supposedly booked up til the following week. I scheduled an appt for synthetic oil change & tire rotate. When I showed him the $24.99 coupon as Im checkinh in he proceeds to tell me I need the full synthetic oil $65.99 but he can give me $10 off coupon. Funny thing is my car has semi syntheic already in it. Always an upsale! Then he tells me corporate wont allow it. Heck make me sign a release! I will sign it! No wonder people use Walmart tire lube & express. No hassles... you plan your schedule for the day and it gets ruined even with a scheduled appt!!
