I ordered a pumpkin..I received a hurricane lamp. I contacted pricefalls numerous times for refund and return authorization. After 2 weeks of nondescript responses I was told to seek refund from MY credit card company. Absolutely no aid to consumer for their agents mistake. THEN they offered me a coupon for next order..REALLY?? I strongly suggest they research other online selling services to learn how to do it correctly!
