Placed an order via the 60 min app on checkers application. As always I inserted my home address in north west and somehow it pulled through as belville capetown. The delivery guy asked for my location and I explained thati am in north west. Called checkers in north west village mall and spoke to mark, explaining the challenge. After that. Lebo the stock controller of belville head office called me and were extremely rude. I wanted to report her and asked to speak to her manager and she told me ridley that they are not available. I asked if she could spell her name and surname and gve me the number for head office amd she told me ahe does not have to give me her surname and she doea not know her own work tell number at head office. Told me that she cancelles my order and I can wait 3 hours for my refund. Another guy from belleville head office calles me, and in all honesty not being very helpful and try to defend lebo poor attitude. Is this the way checkers look after there clients.
