I purchased a 28 pack of Duracell Optimum AA Batteries from BJs on 4/28/20. Upon opening, I found that the entire package is leaking and when I returned them today, I was told that BJs is not accepting returns on batteries. There is obviously something very wrong with this defective product being sold and I would not be surprised if several more if not all of the packages are defective. You would think that BJs would want to inspect and if needed remove this product from their shelves however no such action was taken, I was merely instructed to read the sign regarding no refunds on batteries. I am a life long supporter of Duracell products and am anxiously awaiting your response.
