When i use the smoker, grease is leaking from between the barrel of the grill and the wood pellet. The actual drip bucket does nothing. I have sent numerous photos on 3 occasions to their web site. They DO NOT get back to you. The grill was assembled correctly. When i suggested the possibility of a defective grill, the supervisor I was speaking to got very defensive. Eight weeks later, still no resolution!! User's recommendation: Be leery of this company!!
