I have been at Briarwood approximately 6 months and i have had the same leak in the same spot 4x, they have just repatched it and paint over it, just for it to come back. This is frustrating and disappointing, i just want to enjoy my apartment as best as i can, and when i call no one answers or staff is rude as if i am causing them such an inconvenience..not the whole staff...but 2 or 3 need to go. And rent is still suppose to be paid on time, but my work order still hasnt been viewed 4 days later
