lazy and lousy services by your delivery man just leave us “Pick-up notes” !

Dear POS Malaysia/ Management / Customer Service, You are not arranged nor successfully delivered the item to us as per what we as customer being paid the postage fees to you ! we were done the self-picked up of parcels from your center many times!!! if your delivery man just lazy to call or pass on the parcel by hand to us as recipient, then don't charge us such hefty postage fees ! there were no reason why we have gotten postage fees charged and yet asked to self-pick up item from your center later !!! This is not the 1st or 2nd time we as consumer of yours experience such matters !!! its was just so easy just being handed-in the "pick up notes" into our mail box rather than ring our door bells or give us a call upon delivery ! this is how your delivery man did all the times ! yet, during FMCO, we all staying at home 24 hrs !!! dot give excuses that your delivery man cant reach us !!! and yet your delievry man can call us up on the spot for received the items, this is why we always stated our Mobile Contact on the consignment notes pasted on the parcel !!! What a lousy and unorganized and messy service provided by you ! are your company gonna pay us back petrol cost in order for us to self-pick up parcel from your center everytime??? since we as consumer has already paid postage charges to you in advance to get our parcel delivered to us to our door step !!! what a non-sense service given by Post Malaysia !
